Terms & Conditions

All work rendered will be charged at $75/Hr unless flooring or painting is being done. Flooring and painting is charged by the square foot.

I am the owner of the property to which Atlantic Blue Maintenance will be servicing.

I hereby grant Atlantic Blue Maintenance permission to adjust and make changes to the property/s that I am in possession of.

I understand and agree, by making a purchase on Atlantic Blue Maintenance’s website, you’re agreeing to the terms and conditions of this website.

I understand and agree that the early termination fee is 50% of the remaining amount for the year. (For example, if you are 6 months through a basic one year ($100) plan you will owe $300 for an early termination fee.)

A project is any work that equals or is greater than the hours of your monthly hours allotted.

I understand and agree to the definition of projects.

I understand and agree that any hours on a subscription maintenance plan may be subtracted from a projects hours.

I understand and agree that all materials used for maintenance will be paid for on the day that they are purchased.

I understand and agree that Atlantic blue maintenance is not liable for any materials supplied by the customer.

I understand and agree that I the customer will be responsible for any faulty materials or equipment that may or may not cause damage to the customers property/s.

I understand and agree that anytime used to retrieve materials for the customers property/s will be subtracted from the customer’s monthly time allotted.

I understand and agree, that all late fees will be added to the customer’s account on the 15th, I also understand and agree that all late fees will be 30% of the customer’s monthly charge.  

I understand and agree to the definition of maintenance emergency, is if your property’s HVAC is 80 degrees or higher and 65 degrees or lower. It is also considered an emergency if you have any uncontrollable water flow occurring and if your home is unable to be secured. This list is not all-inclusive of maintenance emergencies, but just an example.

Our Maintenance technicians will not be required to answer a maintenance emergency if it is deemed not an emergency.

I understand and agree, when the Maintenance plan has expired any hours accrued will not transfer to the next Year 

I understand and agree to all overtime charges being added to your monthly subscription amount.

I understand and agree, that  All monthly subscription payments are final. There are no refunds for any reasons. 

I understand and agree that Atlantic Blue Maintenance is not responsible for calling any client to schedule any appointment. All clients are required to call Atlantic Blue Maintenance at (252)774-0177 in the event that they need work done.

I understand and agree that, by excepting Atlantic Blue Maintenance terms and conditions, you are excepting all of the terms and conditions of Atlantic Blue Maintenance

I understand and agree that when a payment is missed or refused Atlantic Blue Maintenance will no longer render services.
